Introducing Soulful Zen, our resident sound bath practitioner.

DIGESTIVE HEALTH & ANXIETY

Is your child suffering with gut health or anxiety? Let Gillian guide you through practical ways to calm the mind and improve wellbeing.

Support for overwhelmed families for underlying causes in digestive health such as constipation, reflux, bloating, flatulence, IBS and indigestion in children aged 3-12.

Gillian Cohen, a specialist within children’s nutritional therapy and will be focussing on digestive health and anxiety for your children; from how to relax the mind, to how the brain can react to certain foods, as well as the gut to improve overall health and wellness.

As this is an adult event, unfortunately children are not permitted.

Women will complete the natural transition to Menopause at some point in their lives. We are here to support your journey into Menopause.

Tues 24th Oct @ 7pm

For some, Menopause will be hot flushes and periods ceasing, but for many it says hello to hormonal chaos too!

In this evening event, we host Jo, Owner and founder of Amaranth, who will talk us through the changes of the body, associated symptoms to look for and natural approaches to manage your lifestyle throughout the process.
