Sally Triner – Holistic Massage Practitioner

Headaches, backaches, short tempered, generally feeling run down – familiar to many who try to balance stressful jobs and a family/home life.

After several visits to the Osteopath when my back finally decided enough was enough he suggested having a Therapeutic Massage every month to help relieve the tension held in my body (and mind!). Obviously I wasn’t going to object to such a treatment plan but I was sceptical about the benefits being effective on a long term basis.

How wrong was I!

Having a massage every month not only relaxed my body, my shoulders dropped back down from under my ears – but I also had less headaches and unfortunately for the Osteopath I didn’t need to visit him as often!

I was fascinated by the therapeutic effect of Massage, the healing power of touch, restoring balance, revitalising the body, calming the mind and decided to leave the world of advertising and retrain as a Holistic Massage Therapist.

I qualified as a Swedish Massage Therapist & Indian Head Massage Therapist in 2010 and established my own Holistic Massage Practice. I continued to expand my portfolio of Massage Skills to include Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stones, Hopi Ear Candling, Deep Tissue, Tibetan Acupressure Head Massage, Tsuboki Japanese Acupressure Facial Massage and more recently qualified as an Infant Massage Instructor and a Certified Pregnancy Massage Practitioner.

I am delighted to share a Trio of Massage Treatments with Chapel Holistics clients.

Natural Facelift Massage

The Japanese believe that beauty is more than skin deep and recognise that a treatment to encourage beauty should also promote the good health that supports it. Tsuboki Japanese Acupressure Face Massage works holistically to stimulate complete health and beauty, improving skin tone and lymph flow, enhancing muscle tone and general facial appearance and having a ‘full body massage’ effect. Tsuboki is a deeply relaxing treatment using the ancient study of acupressure and meridians, leaving you balanced yet energised. Some people call it the ‘The Natural Facelift’.
